How to serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy option compared to buffalo chicken. You can make these as spicy as you want and enjoy with a side of bleu cheese or ranch dressing! These always disappear whenever we put them out at a party and are a great crowd pleaser.

What You Need to Make Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients for Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Cauliflower. Look for a bright white head of cauliflower (or florets to make things even easier) with as few black spots as possible. You’ll need 6 cups after you’ve cut them into bite size pieces. If you do use the full head, trim the green stalk and leaves from the head, then work your way around to cut the florets from the stalk.

Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. We like the original sauce and use 3/4 cup. If you don’t like as spicy, you can use the buffalo wing sauce instead of original, or use 1/2 cup instead of the 3/4 cup listed in the recipe.

Butter. 1 Tablespoon of melted butter mixed with the Frank’s and other spices helps it stick to the cauliflower.

Other spices. Mix 2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder and a pinch of salt and pepper into the Frank’s sauce to round out the ingredients.

Shake all of the ingredients together in a gallon baggie until they have equal coating.

Finally, bake for 20 minutes at 450F spread into a single layer on a baking sheet.
